Take it in and have them replaced again if it's still under warranty. If not it might be a good time to upgrade to LED housings.

I cant see what they could possibly do different They already replaced them so they say

Have them replaced again. Could be another dud. The headlights aren’t sealed properly only way they can fix it is to replace it again. Unless they heat them up and reseal them which they’re not going to do. It’s not the end of the world, and it’s not going to effect the output all that much lets stop exaggerating. Breath in...Breath out and let them fix it. Take a dry erase marker and mark it somewhere discrete so that you can make sure they actually replace it this time around and ask them to show you the old headlight once the service is done.

It's under warranty so yes have them replace them again if they actually replaced them the first time and didn't just dry them out.

When I moved up to New Hampshire from the Bahamas, I purchased a
Plymouth Voyager Mini Van as just a get around beater. If it rained,
I would get 1-2 inches of water inside the headlight housing. I had to
drill a 1/4" Drain hole in the face of the headlight so it could drain out.

Should be some sort of vent cap on the back of the headlights to let the condensation out but won’t allow water to get in.
