I have just a little over 2500 miles on my new truck. Took about a month to put this many miles on it. Towed my camper to Florida the first week I had it, about 1400 miles roundtrip, and it did great.

I have yet to have any build quality issues with the truck. I was really worried about it after all the problems I had with my 2019 1500. I daily drive the truck and it doesn't ride that much stiffer than my previous 2018 2500. However, it's not close to the 1500s ride.

So far, I love the truck. Its had no issues and will pull anything I need to pull. I can still park in normal spots, but I usually don't anyway. Even with my 1500, I always park away to lessen my chances of damage.

I wish it had a few more gears. I know GM is putting a 10 speed in their HDs this year. That would be nice, but it's nothing to complain about.

Here's a city mileage video. It gets pretty good in town for such a big truck.

Been getting some rattles in my dash, especially when under load. I can't figure out where it is, but it's annoying.

Hi OuachitaAdventure,
We certainly understand why this may be frustrating. If you decide to have your dealer address this, we would be happy to get you connected with a case specialist to assist throughout this process. We are available via private message!

I too had a dash rattle when new, but could not get it into the dealership before we left on a 9,000 mile trip. By the time we returned home, the rattle was gone.

I thought maybe Ram had come up with a self healing dash!
