Yesterday while driving the TMPS indicator came on. Pulled over and checked the tire pressure on all tires. No issues. Noticed that the sensor would come on for a time, reset and repeat over and over. Roll to a stop at traffic light, then it happened, the truck shut off. The Start/Stop button not working. Nothing. Pressing the break petal and pressing the button, not working. Had it towed. Read online that disconnecting the battery may reset the computers, nothing. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

after checking gas...Lol...i'd disconnect battery connections & have the battery checked if it's good or not (which also "resets" comp) & reconnect making sure are all good, then press & make sure all fuses, buses, & relays are seated in that box. Then if still no dice, I'd have it towed to a well-reputed dealership

The dealer said that disconnecting the battery is not good since it erases the codes from the ECM, so they may not be able to truly diagnose the issue. Although they were able to diagnose one of the computers needed to be replaced.

Hopefully they gave you a loaner

No loaner. Turns out it was the RF Module was bad. That module controls multiple things including the tpms system, remote start, remote for the truck, ignition, etc.
