Hi I'm new here, I have a 2019 1500 with the 8.4" Uconnect system. The system sometimes doesn't come on at all. I have to disconnect the negative battery cable and reattach to get it to come on. Sometimes the system will reboot while I'm driving and come right back on, other times it will reboot and just go blank until I disconnect and reconnect the battery cable. Is this just a bad system that needs to be replaced? I'm not looking to upgrade with a replacement, I just want this system to operate properly.
