2019 Ram 1500 Paint Issue

I just noticed this paint issue on the hood of my truck today. Does anyone have any thought on what might have caused this? And any potential remedies?

That is from a bird with toxic/acidic crap! Only option to minimize it's look is to use something like Dr Colorchip to squeegee the paint into each hole. You may need multiple applications to really make it disappear. Otherwise, a repaint is needed.
