2019 Ram 1500 Limited Window Leak

Hey Guys, I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited it has been to the shop for Rear window leak Twice (leaking from the top passengers side). they fixed both times. I found my back carpet wet after last weeks heavy rains so I used a garden hose spraying on window edge to find leak. Ram Water Leak specialist says Nope they wont fix it. he said there is no pressure on vehicles and water doesn't leak that way it only flows down. He said I'm not putting up with this walked off to the service manager and the service manger walked to me and yelled stay away from my techs I told him I just wanted to show him my video of the leak. apparently the manager sided with him and even wouldn't watch my video. 3 hours later they brought my truck back and said they find no water leak.

Will they Really not fix this.

Maybe try taking it to another dealership. @RamCares might be able to help as well. Lots of people have had their rear windows replaced under warranty.

WTF is a water leak specialist? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to find a water leak. Dealers having engine techs and transmission techs is one thing, but a water leak specialist, LOL.
