2019 Ram 1500 Limited tailgate cannot lock

Hello All,

I am new to this forum. I just got my 2019 Ram 1500 two days ago. I can't lock my tailgate. I look around in the setup but there is not setting for me to set to lock the tailgate. My 2015 Ram 1500 can lock the tailgate when I lock my truck. Don't know why the 2019 can't. Have anyone experience the same thing? thanks.

did you try locking the truck then leaving the FOB over 30ft away and see if youy could open it?
