2019 ram 1500 limited navigation

my new 2019 ram 1500 limited if you hit navigation and type in address the navigation says working offline and always says no address found, also why do the ask if you have Sirius guardian plan? do I need to pay Sirius to get nav, the dealer cannot fix

Download Android Auto or Iphone Carplay, and the Google maps or Waze App to your phone and use that. (I really like the Waze app) The maps are constantly updated and you can preload your destination on your phone, along with a bunch of other things that make navigation easier. JMHO
