2019 Ram 1500 electrical issue

I have a 2019 ram 1500 Laramie. Never had any issues with the truck. Today, the dash displayed a message that read “blind spot alert not available. Service now”. Right after that, the radio screen went black, the A/C cut off and neither driver nor passenger front windows would work.

If you hit a bump, it would all start working again and then go out again shortly after. It’s clearly an electrical issue/shortage. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
