2019 Ram 1500 easy wire tap for bed lights

Hello everyone, has anybody done this Mod to a 2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn? I just tried tapping into white/tan and tan/brown wires and I'm not getting power from either while the cargo light is on, any idea why it's not working? Thanks!
