I've had my 2019 Ram 1500 classic (5.7 hemi) for about 5 months, bought it used with 41,000km. Everything was fine for the first few months until my son left my interior lights on and my battery died.
I boosted it and took the truck for a drive to charge it up and it was fine again for another couple of weeks until it died twice in one week. Went and grabbed a new battery from Costco (because of their unbeatable warranty) and all was fine for another couple of months until 2 weeks ago. Battery voltage reads 14v when running so I don't think it's the alternator.
That battery died again, tried trickle charging it but it just wouldn't hold a charge and died 2 more times in a week. Went and traded it at Costco for a new one, put it in and the truck still won't start.
Battery reads 12v but doesn't even attempt to crank, just gives a faint hum and the low battery and SERV 4WD lights come on the dash.
Anyone have a similar issue that they resolved or any advice? Thanks.

Having almost the exact same issue will keep you updated if you don't figure it out first

my issue ended up being that the Body and Cab Control Systems - RADIO FREQUENCY HUB shorted out and went bad from a leak cause by a faulty seal on the rear window and third tail light. the short causes the RF hub to power up which in turn will turn on all sorts of different accessories randomly and will drain your battery below the require threshold to start. I ended up needed to have the back glass and seal replaced along with the sela on the third tail light, then get a new RF Hub installed and wired and programmed. I do recommend taking it to a dealer mechanic and getting OEM parts for this repair.

Just replaced my rf hub, had the same issues. Two cracks in the corners of the windows let the water run over it. Auto glass place ordered a different make of window, said they were stronger but not sure of the make.
