Hello guys from Canada, my Ram blew an airbag in the rear, today I installed new coils in the rear.
Instantly I noticed a huge difference in ride quality, stability on rough roads and awesome comfort. The front airbags are still in but I will be ordering Rough Country kit.
3.5 Inch Lift Kit
Ram 1500 2WD/4WD (2019-2025)
Comes with new control arms, M1 struts, w/M1 rear shocks. 1209.00 American I believe.
Reason for the post is to let everyone know that the rear springs fit in with no customization what's so ever other then the two bottom isolators, the centre's had to be cutout as they were to small to fit over the bottom coil mount. It was a hard task to do at home with jack and stands. I got it in.
The air suspension didn't want to go up and said the payload was to heavy but I removed the two fuses and put them back in and it went up
I also removed the rear ride height sensor links and turned the sensor all the way up and temporarily removed the front to get it it go up be the front links had to back in so the front wasn't to high. All and all everything worked out great so don't let anybody tell you that ya need an air delete kit that cost $2000 plus to have nothing but stock parts and no lift. Feel free to ask questions if you have any. My coils look like the closer rings together.
If anyone has any better ideas for a new lift kit then the rough country one I'm showing please let me know before I order it
struts and shocks is what I need to know as I don't know the difference in quality, I just picked the m1 for better quality. Thanks and I hope this helps.
