After a couple days at around -30°F I came out to my truck with it sitting on the frame bumpers. When the compressor kicks on it just blows the air out of the exhaust tube behind the passenger taillight. Anyone else have something like this happen? I don't know if there's a bad valve or the upper o-ring in the bags are shot. Maybe it's out of nitrogen and running purely on the compressed air? I've done a lot a reading in this group but haven't found anyone talking of a situation that quite matches this. ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

30 below, out of my comfort zone now a days.
Can you get it in a heated garage to thaw it out and see if it starts to work?
If the system replenished leaked out nitrogen with outside air with moisture, then I would suspect a frozen valve body most likely.

I thought of that as a possibility also so I had brought it into the shop at work for a day hoping something would thaw. No dice. Oddly enough, after it say all weekend, I left for work this morning and it had partially inflated my bags..... so I don't know what the hell is going on. Local dealership is going to look at it tomorrow morning 🤞

All I've got from the service center so far is a possible small leak in so kind of manifold. I haven't gotten the paperwork yet to see what the particulars are.

I remember reading over the last couple of years this happening on a few, leak somewhere in system seals or sensor going bad in the extreme cold. they changed the air suspension in 2019 to an enclosed system I think that helped prevent most issues others had in earlier years due to extreme cold. im in upstate ny this is my third ram with air suspension no issues so far knock on wood... it was -6 F this morning and truck worked great.. hopefully it was an easy fix..
