Folks,

I've been reading about tires or looked on You tube about tires to a whole new level (there's a lot there that I did not think existed). I'm looking at replacing the crappy Good Year Eagle touring that I have with something meatier. I'm on the fence between the 33's and 35's.

I do have a leveling Kit in the front (revel) and what I'm really concerned is noise whilst driving. I'm looking at the following brand and size, does anyone had feedback on the noise increase to be expected by these brand:

Cooper Discover SST's 35/12.5/22
Mickey Thompson BAJA Boss AT 33/12.5/22 or 35/12.5/22
Nitto Ridge Grabber 35/12.5/22
BF Goodrich AT 33/12.5/22 or 35/12.5/22

Thank you!

E.

I put Kenda Klever RT 33x12.5 in my 2020 limited. They look great and I think the round noise isn’t bad. Time will tell how long they last, but they were a fair price. I don’t have a leveling kit yet and they rub at full turn but it’s not horrible. I turned off aero mode so I don’t ever drop below normal. Can u tell me what leveling kit you used and how did it turn out in your opinion? Im looking to get 22x10 rims with these 33s because the stock 22x9 they said they had to fight like hell to get them to fit on. Gonna put my Goodyear eagles back in them and use them for summer and hopefully have the 22x10 with the 33s for winter. I need a leveling kit, just not liking the few things I’ve read about readylift leveling kit leaving the rear squaring an inch lower

I installed the REVEL links, truck is leveled. Looking at puttng 35's (Mickey Thompson 35 AT's)) on my 22's.

On my 2014, I had 0 issue with rubbing with the same leveling kit so expecting the same.

Stay tuned, will update once the work is done.

Thanks,

E.

Will the tires rub when you’re in aero or normal mode at full lock?

awesome man thanks for the info. I just looked revel links up and they seem like a better option to me than the readylift. You didn’t use or need whatever daystar spacers they are talking about adding did you?

no, no spacer but I have the air suspension. Never rubbed with the BFG that I had.
