2019 Laramie seats

Hi all, I have a 2019 2500 Laramie that is new to me. When I go into the controls it will not let me turn on the heated/vented seats or the steering wheel heat. I checked the fuses and they look good. Also tried disconnecting battery cables and that didn’t help.

59 people have looked but not one comment. Did I do something wrong in my post? From what I have read so far on here I’m thinking it’s related to the U connect system. Anyone with any knowledge please comment

On my 8.4 u connect, I have physical buttons. I can't speak to the larger screen. My buttons turn red/blue. Do you get any indication that it is turning on? What do you mean, it doesn't let you?

When I touch the screen it makes a sound but the seat indicators don’t turn on, like the low, med, high settings, just the sound that’s it

Currently having this same issue on my 2022 1500 SPORT, did you ever figure out the issue
