My ECL came on yesterday. The code is P0441. I have a self sealing fuel cap. Has anyone had issues with that? Purge valve was supposedly changed by local shop a year ago. Has anyone had a replacement fail or know how to test one? Can’t see any obvious cracks or piping issues but all wisdom on where to look welcome? Was hoping to avoid another trip to the shop!

UPDATE: I went through the diagnostic steps and the Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) Sensor looks faulty. It’s reading -7.9 in h20 with the tank filler neck open to atmosphere. Anyone else had this?

Do you have the funnel (attached to the jack under passenger seat) installed? There's a second door inside the filler neck. You want to make sure that is open before you start condemning and replacing parts.
Good call and thanks for replying. I made sure the second door inside the filler was open and still read -7.9 in h2o. The sensor should read zero in that scenario unless I’m missing something?

A couple years ago on my 5th gen truck, I went though something similar. I changed purge valve and gas cap with no luck. Someone then mentioned replacing the evap pump. It was an $18 part and I had to crawl under the truck to change it. Took 5 minutes and fixed my issue. Not sure if this will help you, but may be worth looking into if all else fails.
