2019 issues

Hey all. Joined here just to try and get some help with my 19. Long story short ive put over 15k on loaners since buying the truck in Sept of 2019. Still has the whistling mirrors, noisy valvetrain and trans slips coming to a stop and accelerating. Issues they finally fixed were wind noise coming through the pano roof, cracked passenger exhaust manifold and a few trim pieces. Ive learned to live with the mirrors cause it only does it above 80 when its windy but the noisy valvetrain and trans issue are killing me. Dealer takes the truck in, says they cant duplicate and gives it back. Trans is ok for a hundred miles or so then starts acting up. Ive seen 1 other thread on here where they replaced the trans. Anyone else have this issue?

My trans downshifts hard as I almost come to a stop. So hard in fact that I have to put the truck into park and then back to drive to continue. This only happens when the trans is cold or has cooled off somewhat. The work around for me is to manually put the trans in 8th gear and drive it until it warms up. You can put the trans temp up on the DIC also to help determine when it's warmed up. I hope this helps .

There is a TSB for a transmission reprogram on the 2019. My trans was doing all kinds of slipping and slamming when slowing down and the software update fixed it.
The rattling drivetrain drives me insane and my dealer says they can't hear it...I call BS. I don't know if its an exhaust manifold, lifters, or what...

I already did the TSB for the trans and it didn't work. I avoid the dealer as much as possible.
