Hi. I bought my new 1500 on Dec 28, 2019. I noticed about a month ago a loud rumbling noise. I turned the truck off and thought it would go away but it didn't. Drove all the way home with it so loud. I could feel it vibrating under my feet. I was so upset. I just got this truck! So the next day I called the dealership and they said bring it in. Of course the next day it wasn't making the noise. They said bring it in anyway. I brought it in and they said it needed a software update. So I haven't heard the noise again until Sat night. I rode for 40 mins with it so loud. It would rumble and then stop for about 4 seconds and then start again. For 40 minutes! I have no idea what it could be but I'm regretting buying this truck. I feel like I got myself a lemon.

I bought my Laramie on December 31, 2018 and had a bad "chatter noise" they called it. I felt rumbling in the pedal and the truck would jerk at stops and reversing. It needed a software update which helped with the jerking but now the gears seem to shift improperly and it gets stuck in 1st and jerks to 2nd. I also have that rumble below my feet and in pedal still. Makes it a pain to drive but luckily my local dealer has a great service department and I trust them. It's been in twice to two different dealers and this one, the service manager said they have another customer with the same problems and unfortunately we have to be the guinea pigs. I just went through a lemon law process with my Chevy Colorado and bought the Laramie after I won the Lemon Law case. Hopefully they fix this soon! I'll keep you posted if I find anything on my end. G'Luck!

Hi Jacki H and ssmith22,
We are so sorry to hear about these concerns you're both having. Please reach out to us via private message if you would like an extra layer of assistance while your dealers look at these concerns. We will gladly have this documented and looked into further.
