2019 charger hellcat vs. 2022 rebel android auto question

hoping someone can help me.... my charger is driving me nuts with the android auto.... android auto connects to my 22 rebel within 10 seconds and comes up on the screen no problem... on my 2019 hellcat it was working fine one day and all of the sudden it stopped. Ive spent days trying everything under the sun to get it working again, 2 new cables, uninstalling and reinstalling android auto, clearing cache , tethering, mirroring, checking permissions, it just refuses to pop up on my charger screen. phone pairs fine and it says loading android auto on my phone but wont load onto my screen ??

Is it possible to factory reset the Charger's UConnect and start the process over? ..or you could have an issue with the usb hub in the Charger.
