2019 Canada truck update to PR39? Or convert to USA?

I see there is an update for PR39.7 for the USA trucks, but does anyone know if there is an update for the Canada trucks?

Follow-up question...what is the chance of "converting" a truck to USA from Canada? I have AlfaOBD already.

as far as i understand we asking about CANADIAN VERSION , 39.9 USA doesnt recognize by canadian trucks
