Here are a few photos I took after truck was unloaded from transport. Also a few as I roamed the shop bay later this day. More photos to follow after the truck gets cleaned and prepped for me to pick up tomorrow. 20180927_115926.jpg 20180927_115942.jpg 20180927_120011.jpg 20180927_120021.jpg 20180927_120034.jpg 20180927_120305.jpg 20180927_172616.jpg 20180927_115926.jpg

Dealer gave me the keys and let me do an inspection during my lunch break today. I was impressed. Ramboxes closed very easily and without slamming. Other than being dirty from the train and transport ride, paint appeared fine.

I spoke with a shop mechanic about the 12" Nav system and the 'over-the-air' updates. He told me FCA had issues with the size of the early updates they pushed out and how it would cause No Starts and screen lockups if things were used during the 2 hour + update. He indicated they have changed the way they do these updates now and it has cured the earlier problems.

I hope to put a WiTech on the truck next week and investigate the available Pinion Factor settings available.

The wife and I are planning a short trip this weekend, so I should have some first impressions and photo updates. Thanks for the good comments.

** Update - 2 days and 250 miles later...
I added a few more photos. Took a few off.
HK audio system works great! Volume Level of 7 or 8 using Sirius XM. Good bass and no rattling. I attached the Dealer mode view of the Radio software/hardware numbers for those interested.
Fuel mileage was maybe better than expected. Truck came with 17 miles on it. Dealer filled the tank and I drove some very up/down and curvy roads to Lanesboro Minnesota. Good break-in road. Lots of hills.
Adaptive cruise works just like on my Ford Escape. I love it.
Navigation system worked well and volume was slightly more than radio, just the way I like it.
Auto start/stop worked very well. Engine was so quiet I had to check the tach to see if it stopped. Etorque startup was seemless. Also no harsh transmission shifts to note, however I was light on throttle and not pulling anything.
I could not feel the regenerative breaking for most of the trip. Was not sure if it was active in early break-in, I assume it is.
Cant comment on the HVAC cooling, the temps in Lanesboro were between 40 and 65 Deg F. Heating worked well.
I did not hear the notorious front-end frame 'clank' yet.....
No brake noise.
Wireless phone charger worked as expected.
** My Mopar box cover may leak on the next rain. No fault of the cover, but there seems to be a open gap between the top of the rambox and the top of the tailgate. It looks like there should be a piece of weather stripping at each side, and maybe the dealer service person missed putting that on. I need to stop back at dealer this week and see how a normal tail gate looks with a cover installed. I doubt this is a major issue at this point.
** I tried to get the auto park to work on one occasion and failed, but I think there is a good chance this was user error.

I'm very glad I made this purchase and have no complaints.

** Also, my neighbor who just purchased a new 2018 F150 was very impressed with the truck and the room it had, in addition to many features his loaded F150 did not have.

I will add additional comments as I drive more.

1 thing I noticed that I really love is the ability to drive into my garage (forward) and switch on my backup camera (enabled at slow speed), so I can make sure I am going in my garage far enough. I can see my garage door tracks on the camera to ensure I'm in far enough. So nice.
