2019 5th Gen - 5 years later still have cluster theme bug - 8.4 UAV

Threw a CEL and U11E9 and now I'm in spring cleaning mode on my 2019 5th Gen Laramie with 8.4 UAV and I would love to finally fix the stupid cluster loses the theme after restarting bug.

I'm assuming that the bug is part of UConnect but I'm not sure if it's specific to the screen size, I'm currently on a OTA I took forever ago (22.32.10) hardware part number CNSC27N3GL.

Is there a fix for the bug? Is it a UConnect issue, do I need something newer than 22.32.10?

Any help would be appreciated.
