I have been trying to research and figure out my options but am getting confused and don’t want to screw up….

I am picking up my 2026 Ram 1500 Limited tomorrow that has the Night package. Still deciding on what I will do with the wheel and tire setup.

That being said I am coming from a GMC 2500 and want a bigger stance.

What are my options for adding a 2.5” or 3” lift kit?

I bought the rough country level kit to have as backup.

I really appreciate all your input!

I have a 2025 Limited and have struggled finding a decent lift also. I wanted to get better tires over the stock Pirellis so I added the Rough Country 2" Level Lift for now so I could add Toyo Open Country AT3 in 295/55/22. It's a cheap option for now but will watch the market for something better.
It improved the looks and it feels better running down the road. With the airlift raised up the front makes a loud bump over bumps like railroad tracks. If I lower it to Aero mode before I hit the known bumps I don't hear the noise.

Thanks a million. I really like that look. That might be the way to go. No rubbing I assume?

Looks like my BFG KO3 are not available in 285/65/22, so may need to go to 295 like you did.

Are those stock wheels?

Depending how much you want to go, spacer and links are the best option because you're not forcing the bag to fill all the way up, making the ride rough.

The other issue is engine weight on newer 25 with inline 6

What ride setting are you set at in those photos?

Thank you!

How important is upgrading the UCAs versus just adding links?

So this is interesting…I put the RC 2” level on yesterday, right after the install, it was 39” front and back. After a couple drives it’s now 38” front and 39” rear. Any thoughts?

I did get a full 2 inch raise. Mine went to 39 as well. I have had no rubbing at all. It stays in the normal mode setting unless I know I am about to hit bad bumps, just so I don't have to hear the noise.
Any pics of yours yet?

Thanks! I probably need to adjust the link lengths. I decided to buy the Revel links and will put those on to see if I can achieve an actual 39” level front and back.

Here is a pic…not the best picture. This Thursday the BFG KO3 295/55/22 go on.
