19 ram 1590 classic ds Remote start.

I have a 19 ram 1500 classic slt ds, I want to add remote start to it. I bought the remote factory start kit for All Mopar Parts. The site claims all necessary parts are included in the kit. 1) new hood latch with sensor (2 harness for hood latch and wire that goes to pin 11 on bcm plug and 3)2 key fobs. They claim all I need to do is install this kit and then go to the dealership and have the fobs programmed for $125. The dealership says I will need other parts as well. I guess my question is, is the dealership correct or can I just have the program the Fobs and it should enable the feature. The wire harness that runs along the radiator support does have a plug for the hood latch. Thanks in advance.
