I'm going to order a polisher from Milwaukee 🤪 . Does it make that much difference and where would notice the difference? 😁

I have both a Rupes 21mm and 15mm throw. Don't really notice a huge difference. The 21mm is slightly better for large flat panels and the 15mm does better on curved panels. I generally use the 15mm for most of my details.

I ended up getting the 15mm unit. I think the 21mm would be better with boats or anything longer and flat. I'm pretty sure the 21mm also has a larger head than the 15mm.
I also picked up the 7 inch high speed buffer which you can get the tool only on Amazon for $237. Cars have very few flat areas anymore so having a smaller head would get you better coverage, but would take longer.

Did you get the m18 DA polisher?
I thought about it because I love cordless, but i went with the chemical guys torqx.
I ended up getting a M18 polisher 15mm, M18 high speed 7inch buffer, and then a M12 3 inch sander/polisher.
I'm happy with all 3, but the 3 inch sander is my favorite, if I had to pick one.

I have the 3 inch sander. That thing is wicked. Gotta be careful though!

I got the torqx today and used it. Very easy to use and plenty powerful!!
