15mm or 21mm random orbit polisher question

I'm going to order a polisher from Milwaukee . Does it make that much difference and where would notice the difference?

I have both a Rupes 21mm and 15mm throw. Don't really notice a huge difference. The 21mm is slightly better for large flat panels and the 15mm does better on curved panels. I generally use the 15mm for most of my details.
