An update regarding my headunit: I purchased this headunit just under 3 years ago. I LOVE the full screen waze + all the other features this unlocks. However recently I've started having some issues with the head unit, the buttons on the side panels would not work sporadically, sometimes the left speakers would not work upon starting the truck, and would be remedied by increasing the volume then lowering it again and the speakers would kick on, and then most recently i had an issue where the head unit just didn't work at all (black screen, and also the panel AC buttons did not work) i pressed the reset button with a clip and still nothing. I had to cut battery power for a few seconds and then it came back. These nuances have forced to go back to the OEM radio. After just 1 day with the OEM radio I am considering simply purchasing another Phoenix Automotiveheadunit, which hopefully has newer firmware and newer os/hardware that addresses any issues they may have had. Just putting this out there for anyone who's considering this, the features definitely make it worth it, but seems reliability is still a long-term issue.
