12in screen keeps freezing

I’ve owned my 25 ram 7 months. Had it to the dealership 2times for my 12 in radio freezing.
It resets after about 30secs. Dealer can find no problems. Software up to date.
In order to get by it I’ve had to do a factory reset 3 times. Any suggestions on how to persue issues.

You will have to take the truck in to the dealer with the screen frozen and have them verify the issue. Have the dealer note the date of visit. The service manager can summit a message to the audio team at Ram to get ideas on what could be causing it. I am dealing with a "UConnect box error" myself that they can not fix.
