12 way / 1 way trailer connection

I just picked up a 2025 Laramie with the advanced safety 2 group which includes the 12 way/1 way trailer connectors (2 ports on driver side rear) Can anyone tell me whatvthese are used for? Can they be used to connect after market cameras to display as aux cameras?
