New here. I've had my 2020 Laramie since new and have been having problems with my 12" UConnect for about a month now.
Specifically, The listener profiles keep disappearing off the satellite tuner. I originally had 3 profiles and they're all gone. My presets for the primary profile usually will stay up. But sometimes and rarely, the presets for my secondary profile will pop up when I start the engine up. I've tried adding the profiles back on, multiple times, but they keep disappearing after I shut the engine down and come back later to start back up.
That's it. There's no other problem with the UConnect. Just the listener profiles disappearing.
I took it in to the dealer on my last scheduled maintenance and they forced a software update, but the same problem persists.
Has anyone run in to this and found a way to fix the problem? TIA
