Sorry if this has been posted. Just purchased a 2021 Big Horn. I have put my favorite contacts in and they are there for a while and then missing the next. I am not sure but seems to be when I used Android Auto. Running a Galaxy S20. I have fully unpaired he phone including erasing from the far screen and re adding like a new pairing but still seem to have this issue. Annoying being a new truck

The system remembers them, but it seems to download the contacts over BT every time. If you are using Android Auto, you use the voice assistance (Google) by holding the assistant button on the steering wheel until it picks up.
