12 Screen issue

Anyone had the screen shut off or flicker? Took to dealership today and said they reset it but drove home and still have issue. They referenced SB S1908000170. See video i did

But I'll bet they didn't spend the 2 to 3 minutes it takes to pop it loose from the dash and check for a loose connector behind the radio.
It takes that long because there are 2 screws to remove first.
I did mine and found one connector not quite snapped in.

Im taking back tomorrow so we shall see. I will post an update after.
