12 pin aux connector in bed of truck

I need to connect a camera to the back of a large bike rack that blocks my OEM cameras. Can I use this port to connect a new camera?

I can’t find a camera that uses 12 pin???

It’s a 2022 Ram 2500 with 5th wheel package.
