12 inch Uconnect options disappeared

Ok so have been having issues with the Uconnect system, dropped calls, etc. I decided to do a reset of the app drawer, restore settings and cleared personal data. I also disconnected the battery for 30 minutes. Well, I am missing all my control settings and apps, including backup camera. HELP!!!

How long have you waited for them to come back? It can take quite awhile. Hours possibly.

It's been about a half an hour. Is it ok if the truck is off? Are you saying they will reappear on their own? I'm noticing I am missing SXM as well. Thanks

Yes they should come back. It has to do with how the computer recognizes the options and turns them back on after the power has been disconnected. I'm not sure why it takes so long but that's normal. I'd check it after 3-5 hours and they should be back even if it was off.

Thanks for the help! It's a relief and everything did come back. So far so good, seems everything is now working as intended.
