12” screen not working after welding on frame

Hey guys, this is my first time posting here, but I want to see if anyone happens to know what kind of fuses or relays there are on a TRX for the 12” screen, I was welding some brackets onto the frame for a custom bumper with the battery disconnected and when I plugged the battery back in and went to start the truck the screen will not come on or do anything.

The buttons on each side and top and bottom of the screen still light up and the hazards button still works but nothing at all with the screen. I have tried the factory resets with the volume and tuner buttons with no luck. Hoping someone on here has some sort of path to put me on. Thanks in advance!

It can take hours for all the modules to come back online, I would wait a few more hours, you should be fine. This is a well known "trait" on the RAM and a lot of modern vehicles.

If I disconnect my battery I prefer to do it at night so when I wake up it's all good to go. You should have no issues driving after a disconnection, but don't expect everything to be working right away, especially with the media system and cameras.

Unfortunately it’s been about a week since this started. Driven the truck nearly 100 miles, many key cycles, even tried doing a few “world resets” by disconnecting both terminals and touching them together away from the battery

Wow, that's definitely an issue.

You try the dealership, assuming still under warranty? It could simply be a failure with the system and the welding just a happy coincidence, especially since you took the correct step of disconnecting the battery before welding, and also a welding surge protector?
