Ive been watching for the rear leak and have been lucky up until today. Even though my leak is at the driver rear headliner area I removed and looked around the 3rd brake light area and its completely dry there. In fact, with the 3rd brake light removed you are actually looki g at the back of the headliner so if it were leaking tbere it wohld be pretty wet there.
Anyway, if you stand in the bed and look toward the front of the truck, along what i would call the drolip rails, but six or so inches in, there is a 1" plastic piece that runs from front to rear on the roof.
What are these pieces and what are they covering? My leak seems to be right under one of these and they seem loose.
Anyone know bow to remove these pieces? I would like to loom around.
Thanks!

Good question. I am wondering if there are roof rack attachment points under there.
