0 km 2025, rust and buzzing sound

Hi all, picked up my new 2025 RAM 1500 rebel today. I had the parts ready, so right away I openned the hood to install my arb lights controller

I see rust on what looks like the alternator area and other areas. Also there is this buzzing sound that runs for few minutes, takes a break for 1 second then starts again! Should I be concerned!!!

the rust is just surface rust. i wouldn't be too worried about it. video didn't load for me for the buzz.

Thanks guys will do. I had just learned to live with it but maybe worth having an opinion
