🔰 NEW Aftermarket Skidplate for the Stock Ram 1500 Bumper

[VICE design]

There's a mega gap between the stock bumper and lower control arm crossmember which exposes the front of the engine (and delicate intercooler for eco-diesel owners). It also exposes your lower control arm bulkhead to getting smashed and hung up on standard obstacles.

It took a few years to get right, but I'm happy to now release a production version of our OEM+ Skid plate that we've been testing on our 2021 Limited over the last year. Its compatible with our differential and steering skidplate system that we were the first to release and that many of you are rocking (thank you).

Looks great! Awesome to see a skid plate option finally designed and available to address the void between the bumper and the front crossmember. Especially for the guys running around without the fixed valance or motorized air dam.

For those of us who have to run a front license plate, does it slide back far enough to clear the bracket? This is the only thing holding me back as I have only seen photos of trucks without a front plate.

Good Question - I designed a license plate bracket that fits with the skid plate. It will come powder coated black and come with OEM style hardware. I'll get it on the website today.
