Absolutely. Insurance should cover all the expenses including repair and diminished value. I don’t think anyone is arguing against that. It’s the insurance + that people seem as unreasonable simply because it’s a car dealer.

This is why people think your expectations are unreasonable because some how a car dealership is more on the hook because their products are cars than any other business would be.
