This isn't much help, but I had an '05 Ram 1500 that did kind of the same thing. Never did figure out what it was but drove my nuts when it happened. I checked u-joints, bushings anything I could see that moved, I checked. The feeling never got better, but it never got worse either.

Im just here to add my support for Totalflow mufflers. I have a '19 Ram classic that I added a 14" muffler to, very happy with how it sounds. Different set up than what this thread is intended for so a sound clip of mine wouldn't help but happy with the brand non the less.
This is just my .02 so please take it as such.
I personally love the look of those rockstar wheels, but if your wanting to get something closer to your truck color you may want something with a brushed finish. Again, just my opinion but these look pretty fresh too...
