Non E-torque no problem, My vehicle is E torque and it was all a very tight fit on the back wall with the battery and other modules that take up 60% of the wall
I have a DSP after mine, I made existing gear work that I had of a Helix DSP Pro MKII, Mosconi 5/30 and Mosconi 4/10 with Audiofrog GB 3 way up front and JL stealthbox in rear. If i was not using existing gear I would have gone about it differently. How I would personally set this system up is...
What do you mean by spun off. A picture might help with this. Ball joints are supposed to swivel and rotate and if broke you wouldnt be able to use it or safely drive on it so im really not sure there is anything wrong here.
The 48v system is BOSS for this, way better than a non e-torque. I have been doing aftermarket audio for years and right now I have a Mosconi PRO 5/30 (5 channel amp) and Mosconi PRO 4/10 (4 channel amp bridged to 2 channels) installed with Audiofrog 3-way front stage and JL stealth box. The...
That first pic the holes are not drilled its just set back there, the rivnuts go where the harness clips are behind the panel and then i bolted it in with countersunk bolts into the panel and the mosconi 5 channel actually covers the bolts up so you dont see them.
I have a board I created specifically for the E-torque models. I still have the template and can create another. I attached it with 2 M6 rivnuts and and M10 rivnut in exsiting blind holes behind the panel. Will also work with non E-torque. Contact me for more information
I would say your problem does not sound similar to the one I have or is being described in this thread. I have never experienced any throttle delay or hesitation warm. If it was a trans fluid level i would expect it to be worse cold and not warm as fluid expands with heat and the level will...
Based on your reply here, you offer no evidence it is not a cold engine fueling issue.... Have you ever experienced this problem after hot restart or hot soak restart? For me it is always on cold restart, im not talking cold ambient temp's but cold engine (coolant temp below 100 degrees)
My rig does this, always after cold start, sometimes worse than others. Today was pretty bad and nearly caused an accident! 2020 1500 Laramie Level 2 with 5.7 and E-Torque. 1500 miles on the odometer. Being a technician myself for another brand unless RAM has a TSB for it, it is going to be very...
I'm looking at this thread for information of pulling the door module out of my laramie for sound deadening. Does the door lock come out with the door module or can it be left in the vehicle?
Does anyone have a point of contact with Dennis Dillion for special order inquiry's? I would like to send them a build sheet and see what the price is they can do compared with what the dealer group I work for can do. Also if they can sell to Oregon sales tax free as we do not have sales tax here.
