Yea, but at the strip when racing is actually functional. That blue monstrosity is just dumb. But...as with anything, if the person who paid for it earned the money in a legitimate way, I'm all for people spending however much they want on what they want. I blow money on plenty of stuff that...
That image is as optimistic as the Ram display. 2544 miles and 261 gallons is 9.7mpg, is it not? That's about what my Challenger gets but I go through a lot more tires.
I bought the lower cost truck so I could build more hot rods! The Challenger is my <10mpg car, I just brought home a Barracuda, and have a line on a Demon I may pick up.
The RHO is about perfect for what I would want in a half ton truck, although I'd want a longer bed. If it's still around in 4 or 5 years I'll probably grab one, but I don't forsee buying another new truck anytime soon unless something major happens to my current one.
I don't use the screen for anything other than a VERY ballpark idea, I hand calculate. A 300 mile trip starting and ending with a full tank is pretty easy to figure out actual real life mileage.
I just made a ~1200 mile trip. Got around 18mpg for most of it, and picked up an old Barracuda on the way home. The mileage for that was weird. I got 15mpg for the first couple of hours hauling it and then figured I wanted to start messing with the Tow/Haul option just to see what it would...
Being competent at something doesn't mean you're messy at it. Why is that even thought to be a correlation?
Letting an oil pan drain for 6 hours or overnight is...silly. There's no ifs ands or butts about it. Three extra drops of oil out of 7 quarts makes zero difference other than being an...
Yep. I had the same thought.
Along with, if it takes relocating your filter and spending 6 hours to do a 20 minute job, you're still doing it wrong. ;)
I'd love to upgrade my base stereo but haven't found any simple installs yet and don't want to do it bad enough to go deep. Tagging for what info may come about.
We're not draining a 300 gallon tank through a 1/4" hole. Remove drain plug, as its draining remove the filter. Install new filter. I guarantee by the time you've done that, you're down to a couple of ounces, if that, left that may drip out. Ten minutes in, once the new filter is on, I'm...
