I did this at first (I had an extra plug), then I bought a curt 5 pin harness from Amazon. I cut the plug off and wired my LED to that. Then I unplugged the factory harness from the bumper and installed the adapter. I can go 100% back to stock in 2 minutes...

Done a lot of research and have the same conclusion. There are plenty of pics on this site showing the fit, thought I had some saved but can't find it. Crew cap on a quad almost rubs at the top of the cab and has a large gap at the base. Very noticeable IMHO.

Well 5/10 slipped to 5/24, called yesterday and now they are saying 6/7 ship. Very little confidence at this point.

Well date is pushed to shipping on 4/19 as of a week ago. Had some stuff pop up this week and didn't check with dealer yesterday, I bet it is out past that now. Still shopping used, if I find one the dealer is going to get forced to eat my deposit.

Interesting. Semi local dealer told me that isn't made for the 5th gen.....

I'll add a reference point. 2016 Leer 122 from a 2500 does NOT fit 5th gens. 1” high at the cab (I knew this going in) About 1" wide each side at the front.
