Traction control come on when cornering?

Yeah I have a jscan tool. There is a grove in the road there. Maybe that is doing something? I need to try it a parking lot or something

Traction control come on when cornering?

I’ve got 35” tires and 22x10 wheels and I’ve noticed that when I’m going around a sharper curve that my traction control kicks in. It’s not even close to losing traction but it is when cornering harder that “normal”. Obviously I could just turn the traction control off but does anybody else...

    Travelling with dog questions....

Yep. Get a short leash that attaches to the seat buckle. Just gotta make sure it’s long enough if the pup falls down to the floorboard it doesn’t choke it. And get a good seat cover from chewy. Then put a bed sheet down if you want full protection from hair.

    Clunk no-more

Well they figured it out. My amp power steps were touching the actuator when in the up position. Actually wore a little groove in the plastic housing of it. They adjusted the step bracket and the noise is totally gone now. They described it as a “light clicking or popping sound at low speeds”...

    Clunk no-more

Mines going in for an oil change at a good local shop Friday and they said they’d take a look and listen for it. I doubt anything will come out of it but I’ll let you guys know. I seriously do think it’s the brake clips. It only happens at like 5mph or less when braking normally and then taking...

It’s been raining here and the truck is perfectly quiet. Just an update. Itll be back once it dries out

    Clunk no-more

I don’t think jumping up and down in the bed would do it. Slightly turning the steering wheel can but it’s faint. My dad says he can’t hear it and I had him do it and I can’t hear anything under the truck. It’s definitely right under my feet on the drivers side. I read in other thread the brake...

    Clunk no-more

Mines got the low speed rattle / clunk / light popping noise when coming to a stop or upon initial acceleration. Those suspension max links did not fix it. Really annoying. I can slightly turn my steering wheel when in drive but stopped and hear it sometimes too but with the wheel straight when...

dealer said Chrysler wants $350 to "subscribe" to larger tires to adjust my speedometer?!?!?!?!?

Jscan user here. Updated tire size twice and left fogs on w high beams. I didn’t have a need for all the other stuff and Jscan is an iPhone app that’s super easy to use

P1400 code from getting a custom tune?

Not sure about GT but I can easily eliminate eco mode on my big horn with the gear select. All you have to do is in any gear push the - and it’s off. That will even take the truck out of eco mode. Then what gear you’re in shows up on the dash. Then push + until that goes to 8. Or you could leave...

    New set up - Fuel Rebel 6 in 22x10 -13 w 35x12.50

Absolutely love them. As far as cleaning it’s not bad. I cleaned them then coated them with hydr02. That really keeps the dust and dirt off. Then I just use a damp microfiber rag to wipe off any remaining water after a good manual wash or power wash. As far as how they hold up I’ve been really...

What are you using to clean/shine your wheels?

I bought that stuff for my dad and he said it didn’t work. I tried it on my wheels and it definitely works. I recommend this method too. Beads water like no other and is super simple to use. Just have to clean your wheels first
