I used a propane torch to get the front rotors off. They were not budging with a hammer or a pry-bar.
Pointed at the rotor, flame heating it up, about 5 minutes later the rotor just popped off.

It is a pretty involved job, having to deal with the R1234yf takes it to a different level.
Looks like my original back lite, had the same cracks.
It was replaced under warranty, the replacement failed couple years later with cracks in the corners.
Ended up sealing it with permatex flow-able silicone, same procedure that Stellantis calls for.

I replaced the filter/pan and refilled at 80 k or so.
Did not have any issues with shifting but felt the need to do it despite RAM stating for it to be "lifetime" fluid.
The stuff that came out was black but did not appear burned, minimal towing, just a heavy foot...

The splines tend to rust out with time, passenger side can turn into a hassle trying to take it apart.
Just do the Permatex and be done with it. Two tubes will do the top and down the sides.
