Just got back from a road trip from Illinois to northern California and took the southern route back roughly 5500 miles and zero issues. I don’t have the third strap but the first two are really snug. Also the 750ish mile range @22 mpg per full tank is awesome. Comma 3 did 95% the driving though
I didn’t add the third strap as the original two hold the tank very tight. It’s been about 4 months zero issues. I’ll check placement and for any sags when it warms up here
When I ordered my tank the parts guy showed me a letter from FCA stating dealers can’t upgrade fuel tanks and advise customers not to also. So they won’t do it, probably a liability issue or maybe they don’t want to warranty the work/parts. Who knows but a local mechanic can if you ain’t got the...
So I switched the power to the one listed on the instructions know I get a u1514 code with service ACC/fcw, lane sense, esc, trailer brake. Any ideals? Thanks
I’ve done the upgrade and now get a ECS error with remote start only but goes away when I cancel remote start and start normally any ideas? Thanks fyi no check engine no codes.
I had the same issue with my 19 ram. I swapped my fuel tank and no more issues. Dealer going to go through a list of “possible solutions ” under warranty it’s takes a while because of parts availability and out of warranty it’s costly to pay for parts that won’t fix it. The tank is the last...
