Service Required messages and Warning Light after battery died whilst using AlfaOBD tool

IIRC 194 liters is the highest you can set the computer to. If the battery died during a computer change you probably need to see a dealer. Did you save you initial config in Alfa? Try getting you battery charged and then reload that config.

    Remote Mount Oil Filter

Put in the pacbrake kit yesterday. Easy peasy. Torque wrench and crows foot adapters helped.

2021 Ram Rebel - Leveling Kit

Cheapest non puck level for the Rebel is Bilstein 5100s in the front.

    Rebel with Bilstein 5100 Level

    I didn't measure. I'd guess I got slightly less than 2".

    2019 1500 DT Exhaust Tips

My tips were welded on very short pipes that are clamped to the main exhaust system. Look under your truck.

    Oil change?

Never seen an engine fail because the oil was changed too frequently. Every 5k miles for me (will full synthetic) unless severe duty like heavy towing, etc.

    Rebel with Bilstein 5100 Level

I'd imagine that truck OEMs adjust the headlight beams to be properly aligned with some sort of load in the bed (these are trucks, after all), which would generally cause the rear to squat somewhat. If one is leveling the truck then all they're doing is raising the front rather than causing...

Rebel Bumper - Paint match for accessories

Probably a decent solution to painting the silver "skid plate" or whatever Ram calls it at the bottom of the front bumper so it matches the rest of the bumpers.

    Rebel with Bilstein 5100 Level

Thanks! Nothing special needed to install the wheel spacers. I probably could have done 1" spacers with the OEM Rebel wheels without having to trim the studs. Nope.

    Rebel with Bilstein 5100 Level

Bilsteinlifts.com $237 Ride is great. Close to stock, maybe a tad bit more stiff. 35s? yes but you probably need 0 or negative offset (or wheel spacers)

    Rebel with Bilstein 5100 Level

The Bora spacers are wheel spacers (1.25") and unrelated to the lift. They are on all four wheels. The Bilstein 5100s are in the front only (OEM Rebel shocks in the rear) and on setting #5.

    Rebel with Bilstein 5100 Level

Stock tires (33"). I wanted a more aggressive stance without spending money on wheels. BORA spacers are rock solid. I've had no issues in 5k or so miles. Hand torqued to spec with a calibrated torque wrench. Brakes Plus did it for me in 3 hours including the alignment. It's just a simple shock...

    Rebel with Bilstein 5100 Level

Just in case anyone missed it in the 5100 thread in the suspension section, I installed Bilstein 5100s on the front of my Rebel last week The 5100 shocks come with spring seat adapters for the non rebel spring seats to properly mount on the circlips on the 5100s. The OEM Rebel shocks already...

    Bilstein 5100

Ride is just barely stiffer than stock. UCAs look decent. It's basically the same lift as the Falcon shocks for $250 instead of $1500.

    Bilstein 5100

I confirm that the 5100s definitely fit the Rebel. Position #5 has perfectly leveled me, even with 300lbs of sand in the bed. Just chuck the silver perch adapters from the included install kits. The OEM Rebel parts fit perfectly without those adapters

Wheel Alignment after leveling the Ram

probably those positive camber numbers. Find a shop to get them to zero (spec) or if they can't, negative will handle better than positive. Positive camber is more likely to be found on a tractor.

    Bilstein 5100

33 Gallon tank holds 198 lbs of gasoline. I doubt that would cause a 1" drop on one side of the truck.
