After a couple of months with Ottocast, I am generally happy with it. A few quirks, so it isn't perfect. Biggest issue...after last iOS update (16.4.1) that I installed last week, Carplay froze on screen a couple of times and I had to disconnect it and hard wire my phone. Hope that improves...

Update after more than a month...Ottocast has been great. I have figured out one annoying quirk: - don't leave truck idling/take phone with you and lose BT connection...if that happens, it is almost impossible to re-connect. Leave the phone behind. Or if you need your phone, turn off engine.

Try a different USB connection cord. They are finicky. I had that problem with a cord that I thought was fine, but I swapped it out, and now all good.

Hopefully these issues (mine is sound only out of right speakers on an unpredictable basis) will get fixed in next firmware update.

Just drove to store, no iPhone attached, and all was good with Sirius. Got back in truck after shopping, same no-iPhone setup, and all Sirius sound was out of right side on the drive home! I'm convinced this is going to frustrate me for the next few years!

I gave the cover a slight tug after I took the picture and it closed the gap that is visible in the picture. Doesn't seem like it will be a big deal for me.
