I tried arbitration.. In Canada its arbitration but that option isn't available when its purchased as a company vehicle. Only works if its a personal one.
This is the worst truck I've ever owned.
Having it in the shop for 2 months straight because they couldn't figure out why my ABS and sensors wouldn't work
Having the backup cam not work when it rains
Having the stop/start button not work 1 out of 3 times when I push it.

Update: Dodge just called me. they now changed the transfer case and it didn't solve the probelm. Dodge customer care was a bit rude when I asked how much longer. "We'll get it done when its gets done". I'm sick of this I'm filing arbitration.
I'll keep that in mind. They called again today. Going to change out the transfer case. Another week waiting for the parts. If this doesn't fix it then I'l going to take you up on your offer.
