check your roof seams, they clip in at the ends, Check around page 87 i posted a silmlier issue with the roof seams all off align and my corner leak is coming from uptop.

Do not order the extra gasket like my dealer did, it already has it installed. the only diffrence is the little clips on the edge to secure the top gasket. heres some photos

You can confirm it yourself , go into your trunk and try to lift the corner. They look like clips to me. Also when I google the part, it shows clips on the bottom end
